Who we are
Poznex is a Tesla workshop with a parts department. Today our workshop works only on Teslas - from diagnostics and servicing to high-voltage batteries, electronics and bodywork. We previously operated as TSK Poznex. Rolna 29A in Baranowo is our only location.

How to book and what happens next
Call the workshop on +48 662 189 700 (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00) or leave a request in the form on this page. We call back during opening hours, usually the same day; requests sent after 18:00 or at the weekend - on the next working day.
- We ask about the model, year and symptoms.
- We agree a convenient time for your visit.
- We inspect the car and give the scope and cost before any repair.
- We repair after your approval and walk you through the work at pickup.

- Servicing and air conditioning - from 400 PLN
- On-board electronics / MCU / BMS - from 400 PLN
- Glass and seal replacement - from 600 PLN
- Tow truck transport to the workshop - if the car cannot be driven, we arrange transport; cost and timing agreed by phone.
- Cashless settlement with the insurer (Polish AC/OC insurance).
Prices are indicative - we give the exact cost after diagnostics and always before any work begins.
Cybertruck
Tesla does not sell the Cybertruck in the European Union. We service Cybertrucks - diagnostics, repairs, the stainless-steel body, PPF, parts - and help import a Cybertruck from the USA and prepare it for registration in Poland. Cybertruck - service and import

Importing cars from the USA - USAUTOBID
We import cars from the USA to Poland through our own service USAUTOBID (usautobid.com) - any make, mostly Teslas. An imported Tesla can be converted to European requirements right away at our workshop (US-to-EU conversion).
