Privacy and cookie policy

Effective from 23 September 2026. Last updated: 24 September 2026.

In case of discrepancies, the Polish version is binding.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is POZNEX Aliaksandr Yakauchuk, ul. Rolna 29A, 62-081 Baranowo, NIP 7811931581. Contact on personal data matters: info@poznex.pl, phone +48 662 189 700. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. Booking form (booking a visit)

• Data: name, phone number, message content, the type of service selected and IP address (for spam protection).
• Purpose and legal basis: replying to your request and booking a visit - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); protecting the form against abuse - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• How we transmit the request: we store the data on our server in Poland and send it to ourselves as a notification via the Telegram messenger (bot). The messenger is provided by Telegram, an entity outside the European Economic Area - the data is transferred solely to handle your request, at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention period: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless the request leads to a service being performed - in that case, for the limitation period for claims and tax obligations.
• Voluntary provision: providing the data is voluntary, but without a name and phone number we cannot reply to your request. You can also simply call us.

3. Google Analytics (statistics)

• We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) in Consent Mode. We only store analytics cookies after you give your consent (the “Accept” button). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law).
• Without consent, the Google script may send cookieless signals (e.g. information about a page view), without identifiers stored on your device.
• Among other things, we measure the pages visited, the traffic source, device type, approximate location (city), clicks on the phone number and e-mail address, and form submissions - without your name, phone number or message content. The IP address is anonymised.
• Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Statistical data is stored for the period set in the service, no longer than 14 months.
• You can withdraw or change your consent at any time: Change cookie settings

4. Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and language cookies

We store essential settings on your device; they are not sent to us or to other companies:

• site_lang - the selected site language (the same choice is also stored in a cookie, described below),
• site_theme_choice - light or dark theme, if you switch it manually (only until the end of the visit, session storage); by default the site uses your device setting,
• poznex_consent - your decision on analytics cookies.

Language cookies (first-party, functional, valid for 1 year): site_lang - the language you chose manually, site_lang_auto - a note that automatic language detection has already run, site_lang_detected - the language detected from your browser settings. Only our server reads them, to show the site in your language; they are not used for tracking and we do not share them with other companies.

You can delete them in your browser settings (clearing site data).

5. Instagram and TikTok

The latest posts from our profiles are fetched by our server and displayed on the site. Your browser does not connect to Instagram or TikTok when this happens. Only when you click a link to a profile do you go to the website of these services, where their privacy policies apply.

6. Server and logs

The site runs on a server in Poland. The server records technical logs (IP address, date, address visited, browser) to ensure the security and operation of the site - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep logs for up to 14 days.

7. Data recipients

The server provider (hosting in Poland), Telegram (request notifications), Google (statistics - only after consent). We do not sell data or use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time - this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to info@poznex.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

9. Changes

We will announce changes to this policy by publishing a new version on this page with a new effective date.
